Sweet making set, for 20 batches (approx. 10 kg) sweets in 4 flavours and tools. Contents: Natural food colouring (beetroot colouring, leaf green), titanium dioxide (white), food flavouring (strawberry, eucalyptus, peppermint, apple), licorice extract, citric acid, salt licorice, dextrose, protective gloves, teflon cloth, thermometer, dough scrapers, pipettes (disposable), brushes and instructions. The batch requires 9 kg sugar (not included) and a total of 2.5 kg dextrose (700 g included). Extra dextrose, see order no. 290184.
