Beads and taffeta!
To make the flower: Cut a 2x15 cm strip of taffeta, straight along the bottom and wavy along the top. Carefully burn the edges to prevent fraying (you can burn it because it is a synthetic fabric). Sew a simple seam (back and forth) along the straight edge, then gather up the fabric to look like a flower; secure the thread. Glue to a spacer (a glue gun works best). Cut out a leaf from a piece of green fabric; burn the edges and glue to the small pendant. Thread the beads onto an elastic thread and knot the flower spacer in place. Then knot the pendant with the leaf in place.
