BLUE CARD: Use a black square card as a base. Attach the white hobby card and the design sheet with the tape runner. Cut out stars in various sizes and smudge the edges with ink pads (silver and pale aqua). Attach with double-sided tape and adhesive pads. Decorate the card with black organza ribbon, peel-offs and decorative stones. PURPLE CARD: Use a purple square card as a base. Attach a purple piece of design sheet with the tape runner. Tie a purple organza ribbon around it and attach with quick glue. Decorate with decorative stones and roses. The tag is put together with adhesive pads.
