Cover the cake with rolled out pink plastic icing. Cut out leaves from green icing. For the roses, blend pink and white icing to create different colours; make them easily by following the instructions in the “Cupcakes” inspiration leaflet. Attach flowers and leaves to the cake with edible glue. Roll out a pink strip long enough to reach around the cake and cut out edge decoration. Brush with Pearl glitter powder before attaching the edge around the cake. Finish with a narrow roll around the bottom.
