Prices

All prices shown in the catalogue are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Prices for some books & leaflets exclude VAT. Price changes may occur because of circumstances beyond our control but it is anticipated that prices on the website and in our current catalogues will remain valid until our next catalogue, issued in August 2012.

Conditions of sale

Private customers

Payment is required by VISA or MasterCard. Please ensure the expiry date, issue no./ valid from date and 3 digit security code of your credit/debit card is shown.

We require a minimum order value of £20 excluding carriage/handling.

Institutional customers

All institutional customers (Hospitals, Day Centres, Hospices, Residential Homes, Schools, Guides, Scouts, Clubs, etc.) are entitled to a 10% discount off all prices shown. All orders must be accompanied by proof of institutional status. Please remember to inform us about your VAT registration no. 

Payment can be made against an invoice providing it is an official order, otherwise payment must be made with order. Please remember to inform us about your VAT registration no.

We require a minimum order value of £75 excluding carriage/handling to qualify for discount.

Trade customers

Bona fide trade customers are entitled to special wholesale discounts details of which are available on request. All first orders must be accompanied by proof of trading status. Payment must be made with first order after which an invoice account can be opened. 
We require a minimum order value of £150 excluding carriage to qualify for discount.

Delivery times

All orders are picked and packet at our central warehouse in Malmö, Sweden. From receipt of your order to your door, delivery is generally 6-9 working days.

Delivery charges

For private customers our delivery charge is £4.95.

Trade and Institutional customers are charged at £9.95 – please contact Customer Services on 0844 848 5692 or customerservice@pandurohobby.co.uk if you wish to place a Trade or Institutional order.

Return of goods

We feel sure you will be very satisfied with your purchase however if for some reason you are not you can return it. Unless we have made an error you will have to pay the return cost and the product can only be accepted in re-saleable condition. Please return within 10 days of receipt. If a product is received damaged or defective please notitfy us promptly for us to take the necessary action.

Export orders

Panduro Hobby AB is a company that exports from Sweden to UK, Germany, The Netherlands and Finland. We are currently unable to process web orders for delivery to addresses outside these countries. If you are based outside UK, Germany, The Netherlands or Finland, please contact us at customerservice@pandurohobby.co.uk.

Future catalogues

As a current customer you will receive a copy of our new catalogue by post as soon as it is available.

Every care has been taken to ensure that all catalogue specifications are correct at the time of printing. However we must reserve the right to alter price or specifications without notice as circumstances dictate. Should any change be required, these will be published on our website as soon as they are known.
