NON-UK ORDERS
If you wish to order for delivery outside the UK please place the order in the normal way, putting the country name in the last line of the delivery address. The country field is fixed to UK, but please ignore this.

The cost of postage depends on the weight of the order and will be determined when the order is ready to send. As a rough guide allow 10-20% of the order value.

How long is delivery?

6-11 working days. For quickest delivery, place your order by Wednesday to receive it the following Thursday and Friday. See more details in menu to the left of the screen. 


Why does it delivery take 6-11 days?

All products are picked and packed at our main warehouse in Sweden. Each Friday a shipment is sent to our UK warehouse in Brentford, Middlesex. This is received on Tuesday and orders are despatched as soon as possible. The deadline to get onto the weekly shipment is Wednesday at 2 pm for phone orders and 10 pm for web orders. Orders received after this will be sent on the following weeks shipment. We endeavor to provide English instructions for all our products. Can I save my shopping basket and continue shopping another day?

Yes. When you log in, your shopping basket will be saved until you choose to remove the items or go to the checkout.


What’s a Wish List?

We have a such a vast range on our site, we know it can get a little overwhelming. So if you see something you want to keep in mind as you browse, or perhaps for next time you visit, add it to your Wish List. 

Your Wish List will be saved in your account and can be found at My Page in the menu at the top of the screen. 


How do I know when a Sold Out item is coming back into stock?

Items marked Sold Out have been discontinued from the range. Though unavailable, they remain visible online for some time afterwards but are then removed completely.

Items marked Temporarily Out of Stock have been removed from the range due to quality control reasons and will return once this is resolved. 

Items marked Not in Stock will be available as soon as new stock arrives. You can get up-to-date stock information on a product by calling Customer Services on 0845 121 6875.


The item was available to add to my Basket, but when I got to the Checkout it was Not in Stock. How did this happen?

When the item is added to the Basket, we check that it is available and then reserve it for you. Sometimes when stock is very low and the shop is busy, another customer may purchase the last item before we’ve had a chance to reserve it for you. 


I can’t find the product, but I know you have it.

There are several ways to search for products. You can use the menu to the left to search under Craft Theme, which groups by season or designer or All Products, which are categories of crat activity or material type.
 
You can use the Search field. Enter one or several keywords in the field and click on the Find button. If more than 500 results are returned you will be asked to choose more specific terms. If the term you use produces no results, try using just one of the words. Sometimes we may not be using the exact same term you’re used to using.

You can also search using the digital catalogue, which you’ll find in the left-hand menu on your screen, under Catalogue/Browse catalogue. There you will find another search field and you can search all the words in the entire catalogue. When you have found the item you’re looking for, click on the red-highlighted item number and you’ll be taken directly to the product page.


Where can I find Ideas and inspiration? I want to see when it was published.

Ideas and inspiration is located in the top menu bar. Click ”See all ideas” to see the full list. Choose a category from the drop-down menu ”Show ideas for theme”.

Ideas are shown in the order they were published. The date is on the right-hand side, in the format YYYYMMDD. 


I’m looking for some new craft ideas

Click on Ideas and Inspiration in the top menu bar to find a huge range of crafty ideas. The various craft tips are conveniently divided into categories. Click on ”Show ideas for theme”. Find projects for a product Another great feature allows you to see ideas for a particular product you’re looking at. Beneath the image, you’ll find a drop-down menu under Inspiration for this product. Click to see what we’ve used this product for!


I’d like to see what other customers have bought

When you are on a product page, you’ll see a few suggested products at the bottom of the page which have been picked to go along with the current product. Just click on one of them to read more about the product.


How much is postage & packing?

P&P is free for orders over £50 (UK only). For orders under £50, p&p is charged at £4.95. Non-UK orders, see information in the left menu bar.


How do I register as a web customer?

Click on the ”New customer” link in the Log in box in the left-hand menu bar. Enter your details and click on Register. When complete you will can log in receive confirmation and can start ordering straight away.

When you’ve added all your chosen items to your basket, choose ”Go to checkout” and you’ll be taken to the Log in page. Click on the ”New Customer” link and enter your details and click on Register. When the sign-up is complete you will be logged in and will receive a confirmation email. 


I’d like to flick through the catalogue pages on the website but I can’t find the catalogue.

The website is configured to work with Safari 3, Firefox 2 and Internet Explorer 6-7. If you use an older version you may find the website does not work as well.

Are the colours in the photographs reliable?

There are many factors which determine whether a product’s colour is true to life or not. We calibrate the picture to ensure as close as possible colour matching. However, your own screen and its settings can change the way the picture appears on your computer. 


Why do the website pages take so long to load?

We show pictures for every product, so loading can sometimes be slow. We recommend a broadband connection for best results. If you have a quick connection but are still experiencing delays, it may be due to high demand. We have a reliable server and do everything we can to keep the online shop running smoothly and quickly. Nevertheless, at busy times which thousands of users online, there may be times when the shop feels a bit ’overcrowded’.
